Thumbs down bank delay, run out unemployment benefit

have requested loan modification 9 months since lost job
now bank ask me to get EDD writing letter to approve unemployment income will last another year,
called EDD, they said they will never send this kind of letter whatever how many months benefit left.

how you fight back this situation?
Please help.

HAMP guide line didn't request 9 months or 1 year leadtime,, right?

I sometimes think this is there way of denying you without telling you. Several members who are unemployed are having these same issues. I suggest you network with them and comment on their threads for advice and help since this is all a new process and you all are unfortunately the should I say, "Guinea pigs?" ooops...

BOA ask me provide one year proof for unemployment benefit.
3 months for trial, 9 months for final approve.

Congratualtion to all people who lost job,
They can play around with you few months, then disqualify you.

goverment promised to help unemployment people, but their program guide line is more tighter than before.

Yup! Going through the same thing. My husband is on unemployment, I work.
