Got all of my paperwork in last month. LANHA has been very slow to respond since they are overwhelmed and I am not yet in default. Suntrust is my loan servicer. I spoke to Suntrust this morning. They told me that they have all of my paperwork, my file is currently with negotiator. They said the investor (Bank of America) normally requires that a loan has to be in default to be considered for modification under home affordable. Are other people being told the same thing about Bank of America? Thank you |
