I would like to contact Fannie Mae directly, not just calling customer service, but the real deal like I did to Jerry Weiss at Freddie Mac. Here are my next two targets: Leslie Peeler - VP at Fannie Mae, she has signed many MHA trial plans Michael J. Williams - President and CEO of Fannie Mae, from his bio page: Mr. Williams also oversaw the bolstering and restructuring of the company's foreclosure prevention and loss mitigation operations. He also led the company's efforts to carry out the Obama Administration's Making Home Affordable loan refinance and modification initiatives. Okay my fine friends, use your detective skills and let's find out how to reach these two. Might I also add, Timothy Geithner of the Treasury. I would LOVE to send him an email! |

I posted somewhere probably under my Citi main story, you can reach a humanoid at the main Fannie Number. They will open a file and make notes. Than someone is suppose to call you back in 3 days or so... in theory. The person you talk to directly knows nothing just makes notes and opens a file. |

I've already called them, transferred to level II customer service, left voice message, got a call back, took down my complaint, told it would be sent to their escalation team. Part of my complaint was that my nego said the investor would run the NPV test, not the servicer, and to my knowledge, we were denied for HAMP without having the NPV test results. I did get a call from nego Friday last week telling me we failed the NPV test and he saw noted on my file that I had called Fannie Mae. I'm assuming that was what got the test run and triggered the phone call (or the email to Dan Frahm). I guess this makes me a tattletale |
