Payment Coupons & Special Forbearance Agreement

Last month I signed for Special Forbearance Agreement for three months with a lower payment than my regular monthly payment before. On September 1 I sent my first payment (cashier's check - because the agreement specifically says only cashier's check, money order or certified check) to BAC at POB 10219; I just wrote my account number on the check.

In the last couple of weeks I got two Monthly Statements with payment coupons; the coupons only list my original monthly amount and other late payment options.

Under "Home Loan Activity This Month" it is listed that they received my lower payment under "Misc. posting".

Also, on the first page of the statement it says: "If you and BAC have entered into an agreement to address your monthly payments, please make payments in accordance with this agreement".

My question is: should I use these coupons when I send my next Forbearance payment, or as before, only send a cashier's check with my account number on it? Also, did anyone finished Special Forbearance and got a loan modified?

Thanks!

Re: Payment Coupons & Special Forbearance Agreement

If the forbearance says how to send it in, I would go by that and ignore the coupons.

the forbearance agreement says to send at the same address (POB) as coupons.
