The processing of paperwork is behind, causing this to show that we have not received them yet. There is a part in here that states that. "We may have received additional documents recently sent to us that have not been processed and therefore do not appear in the list."
Unfortunately, it will just need more time to have everything caught up on your account.

Mine still shows no documents and I faxed it over 8/17. I'm not overly concerned since I know that my nego does have them.
