I'm really confused as to what it all means. a few questions i have are, is the new rate 2% for the life of loan? is the new payment 1907 a month? and is that without insurance? the home owners assoc shows 0 $ a month should be 220. Am i wrong or is the monthly payment only principal and interest? man, i'm not sure about this. i dont know if i can afford it. can someone try to make sense of this for me? thank you in advance. Thats why we took 2% I/O (inc taxes) for 5 yrs...because they added on so much back interest and missed pymnts. So the I/O was affordable to us for now. We'll see what happens in 5 yrs. we are basically renting our home. BTW I don't have the papers yet we got the agreement on Sat. they said 24-48 hrs...so maybe today. |

I know that on my submission, NACA did some weird stuff like include my land taxes and insurance, but not include my school taxes (which are more than double the land tax). I would request a follow up with your NACA negotiator and express your concerns. |
