How often are you in contact with BA

I read here and it seems like some people are talking almost daily with reps at BOA and driving themselves nuts
I guess I don't understand why. Sorry! ( i understand if your close to the end of a settlement but not other wise) I have contacted them and gave them info. and wrote a letter. I feel like the ball is in their court. What am I missing.

Your right the ball is pretty much in their court. But it seems that homeowners who constantly follow up on their case usually have better success. You cannot just wait for them to call, you must also call in at least once or twice a week for status. Many times people wait a couple weeks to call just to find out their still missing paperwork..

One example. Our date where they would have more information was closely approaching. The day I was supposed to have more info it stated online that my mod was canceled/borrow did not qualify. I ended up being one of many people who's mod was canceled in 'error'. If I had not been on them about it it may have just fallen through the cracks. Also, while going through the process I pushed a few buttons and continued to contact the OOP and a week later after I did that for the 3rd or 4th time I had documents. So, it goes to show you...you really can't just sit back and wait. It may never happen for you.
