Ohhhdear, those are PRICELESS! It is so incredibly obvious all she wants is a dang payment! My gosh just listening to that annoying droaning nasel voice I wanted to scream!

Why can't they just be HELPFUL?

I'll have to start doing this with my calls to BofA.

If they won't let us keep a paper trail then I guess this is the direction to go.

Just a word of warning though. In some states it is illegal to record a telephone call. AZ is NOT one of them as only one party has to know that the conversation is being recorded (that would be you if you live in AZ).

BUT ------sometimes they say: "This call is being recorded for quality control" or something like that---------- so we can just say,
"yeah, me too"--- that way they are notified it's a 2 way street..

I didn't do those-- another member on Loansafe did this;
The original thread is under the Chase forum. I thought it was fabulous and thought we could do this, too!

I have done that. When the person gets on the phone I tell them the call is being recorded for quality control purposes. Then they say they do not agree with the recording. I tell them they do not have to agree, I am just letting them know the conversation is being recorded.
