I want Saxon mtg servicing to buy my mtg from BOA/CW.

BOA is sitting at 7% modified, with Saxon averaging 39%.

I'm ready to fill out the survey to rate mtg servicers.

I wish I knew if there was an actual survey. I posted the article about the Treasury rating servicers on quality, but I'm not sure where they are gathering that info. Maybe we should post a poll on here and all of us can rate the servicers and send the Treasury our own report.
