Apparently I am stuck in limbo just like many others here my story is the same a many others. I contacted BoA in April for a Mod and was told no you don't qualify because you are not behind. I then tried to get a refinance and was qualified for a HARP loan but my Investor is Freddie Mac and the informed me they would only finance 2500$. that would leave me with about 4000$ out of pocket that I didn't have. On July 2 I called again and asked for a HAMP mod and was verbally approved. I called every week and on August 25th I was informed that I needed to resubmit my info. They didn't make it clear why but I later found out that it was because I qualified for the refinance. I no longer qualify for the refinance because I am now behind on my mortgage. I sent the KPHO email like many others and I hope that this is finally near the end but listening to others on the forum I fear that it will drag on. I have always been told that I qualify for the Making Home Affordable Modification program but they have never been able to produce even a single document to support that. Thank you Moe! for creating this forum for all of us to come together and realize that we are not alone! |

Where everyday BOA proves it beyond a shadow of a doubt. I really thing money is a sideline. They are in it to prove that there is no amount of corruption that congress won't bail out. I just can't imagine that with the way they keep mortgage records they can in anyway keep anything even remotely resembling financial records for the market and the IRS. I bet ACORN out does these guys. |
