I agree with you. I have even donated myself to this site. Not a whole lot, but it was something to help keep the site going. I hope others can do the same as well. Every little bit helps. I appreciate all the FREE help I am getting here and am so grateful for Moe.

She wants the whole 9 yards again.. hardship letter, pay stubs, and bank statements and SWEARS a negotiator will get back to me in 5 days !.. Can you ask why they are not telling customers what to do after you make your three trial plan payments? The paperwork clearly states that after your three trial payments are completed that you will receive a new completed loan modification on page one the fourth bullet point....the only answer I get from them is well nothing is a final deal. Then why offer up so much false hope to so many people if it is not a sure thing, even if you comply perfectly.

1. I too would like to know what happened to the AG settlement for those that quailify. Principal Reductions, Interest rate reductions, term extensions, or all? Why am I being told that Principal Reductions are not available, when the AG website and lawsuit settlement docs CLEARLY state that they are. Do they think we are stupid and can't read???
2. Why would you deny me a loan mod 4 times since 1/2009 when I called BEFORE I was ever late to inform you of the financial hardship due to job loss and medical, only to be told in 8/2009 that I did quailify for a mod after all? My financial info hadn't changed? Could it be the fact that I filed a complaint with the TX AG?
3. Why would you start foreclosure proceedings in 9/2009 AFTER you told me that I quailified for a loan mod? It also CLEARLY states in the AG settlement that F/C proceedings are to hault while under loan mod review? Again, do you think we are stupid and can't read?
4. Lastly, We you have been sued and lost for providing bad loans to consumers....Why would you want to foreclose on the home, throw the victim borrowers on the street and take a HUGE loss on the house when you could have just wrote down the balance and allowed the WILLING homeowners to keep their home and make payments to you?

If someone mention your company's name (Bank Of America) they say....ewwwwwwww and also, but not the least STOP treating us like were useless coz we all work very hard to pay "YOU" our hard earned money!!!!

WOW moe, congrats! good job!! what you have done for us all is mind bogling...
i don't know what to tell you as reguards a 'contract' with them...two things come to mind: follow your heart it's gotten you(and us) this far and don't cut off your nose to spite your face. listen to what he has to say and think about it. don't let them try to rush you.
as to what i would ask: given the length unemployment is now available (79 wks and counting) will they consider it 'income' or allow it to be included when doing the numbers? i understand if someone is at the end but we have over 59wks and counting still open to us.
please be prompt in sending out documents, more so on one where there is a time limit. we received a set in the mail...sent just regular mail, telling us to have them signed and back in 7 days...we didn't even get them till a week past that date they required them back in office. please at least give us a fighting chance.
give us a chance, a real, 'do-able' chance. we are fighting, trying to hang on and stay in there. recognise that. we haven't just turned our backs and walked away. the very fact that we are trying should say something, mean something. give us a real shot and be part of the solution not the problem.

After reading most of the posts this is what we can summarize

1. A Foreclosure results in the most amount of loss to the Bank and the borrower.
Foreclosures only help investors with Cash who make money on people's hardships

13. centralized database so that all subcontractors and collections personnel have access to the same information.

That's all that I can think of for now. If I come up with more, I'll post it.
