Bank of America Lies: FIGHT BACK TODAY!

OK, here is the task of the day. We need to unite as one no matter who your mortgage servicer is and step in to fight for each other when needed.

Since Bank Of America is the biggest mortgage servicer and a lot of members have them a servicer, today we will write an email to executive management and cc the media.

I ask everyone to write this and if it is not your servicer you can just copy and past my open letter below and say "I as a member of LoanSafe.org will support my fellow Americans in the fight against your bank!!!" and the copy the letter and hit send. It should take 30 seconds.

If this is your bank, say the same thing but say you are their client and then write your own letter in your own words if you like.

First of all, you may own Washington and you may own corporate media, but YOU DO NOT OWN ME OR THE GREAT AMERICAN PEOPLE WHO HAPPEN TO BE STUCK WITH YOU AS THEIR MORTGAGE SERVICER!!!

I waited and waited after you took over Angelo Mozilo and his criminal banksters mortgage portfolio to see what exactly you all would do to help struggling Americans. To my surprise, you have decideD to take Angelo Mozilo's and Countrywide's torch of shame and lies to new levels of deceit and banking evilness.

With that said, I am done trying to help Bank Of America clients get a loan modification on my forum www.LoanSafe.org/forum . Your FAILURE to do what is right for struggling homeowners has caused us on LoanSafe.org to plan a new line of approach to deal with the abuse and out right lies that are being perpetuated on the American people by your firm.

It is NOW time for the people to act and I plan to lead them to the freedom water. We are not your pawns and you will NOT TREAD ON US!
I am not sure you realize that the sleeping giant known as the consumer on Main Street will UNITE, ORGANIZE and EXPOSE your LIES that you CONTINUE to regurgitate in the media that you own.

Are you sending the email to all of them at once?

Maybe you need to break it and send it to a few email addresses at a time..I"m not sure, it's just a suggestion.

What I did was highlight & copied addys right after Desoer & pasted in cc. I used Desoer addy as TO recipient. Went thru fine.

Moe I sent you a message today and just wanted to be sure it reached you. It probably did'nt as I am new to this site as of today. I just wanted to say THANKS for all it looks like you are doing. I have nevr replied to sites or anything like this. But i have been trying to get a MOD and getting the run around with BOA since June and after reading your stuff on Friday I emailed OOP and actually got a phone call today. After 3 months of being denied for MHA and back in review it has just been non stop. But hopefully one of my messages reach you. I dont know how to work the site or even really check to see if you get this. But i have been playing with it and seems i have been finding my way around a little. So once again and THANKS for what you are trying to do. I will let you know what happens, but I will most likely will continue to get the run around until they try to take my home...

It is important that as many people as possible participate in the "activity of the day". If we are targeting BAC, then they need to be flooded with emails to feel pressured. Even those who are not serviced by BAC should participate. If only a few people send the emails, we will not appear to be a power to be recognized. I almost did not send an email for fear of being "black balled" or this having a negative impact on my modification process. However, I realized that I can be afraid to confront the bank or I have already lost the battle. I hope everyone here takes the time to participate in Moe's suggested Task of the Day.
