Moe - can we include a poll to get a numbers count on how many of us sent an email as requested? Can non-members vote on polls? I'm curious to see how many emails will get sent. Then we can do a follow-up poll on how many of those emails got a response.

Moe Bedard sent me and I plan to showcase my story via Loansafe.org.

Here are SOME of my complaints.

Every time you call Bank of America/ Countrywide, you always talk to someone different and that someone almost always tells you something different. This process is nothing more than a lesson in sheer frustration.

I was offered some kind of special forbearance, when my payments have ALWAYS been on time. Now why in the world would they offer that to me? I refused!
Now they tell me my house is not owner occupied, when indeed it is. My name is not listed as the borrower, but rather has my father's name. I am on the Deed and I get the homestead. Florida law is also on my side per Florida Statute 494.00296 (4) (a).

My other complaint is they need to help people who are ON TIME, but facing difficulty in the near future. No trial periods for people who are on time.

I just realized something...

They did NOT ask for an email address!

Alright team, lets keep the emails going and draw attention to your plights and this forum. The problem with news and the media is these are just 3 minute stories and then there off to the next story about American Idol or some car chase.

That is a great idea. It would be good to see how many wrote the email compared to how many actually get a response.

Awesome, Moe! I filled out the webpage thingie and emailed the guy personally! I told him to come to Loansafe.org to see all the horror stories of how poorly his employees are performing.
