What I recieved in the mail last Friday WAS my trial modification. I spoke to Jessica today and she confirmed all the figures etc. She also stated that she was unaware that they were sending these out USPS now and was really quite surprised. Anyway she feels confident that this mod will finalize based on the info they have. They already HAD everything they needed initially except for updated income. She also told me to feel free to contact her at any time should something go wrong for whatever reason.

so-Cal-Girl...good talking to you yesterday. Good luck to you too. I'm sure you will win....don't give up the fight! Did a bit of research on your type of mod and perhaps you need to have your atty REALLY, REALLY push hard. I think the banks will HAVE to buckle.
