Please let me know if I am correct or not...Neil is your negotiator correct? If he is do you have his contact information? I was told not to contact Suzanne Bain for 2 weeks. It was 6 days today. I sent her an email....two times as she did not respond to my first email. It was just asking for an update. I want to call Neil and/or email him but can not find his info. Thanks!

Good luck... I just made my August payment today and was told; "... the last note on your account on August 31st shows that your loan modification was denied..."

Follow-up: Called the OOP to speak with the gentleman assigned to my account. He said he did not see any note showing a denial... Hmmm.

As an aside, during the first call I was told that Suzanne was my account advocate. That was not true.

I think that they gave me info regarding another account.

If any sees a payment posted to their account for a little over $2400.00, please let me know! I might have done someone a favor!

Hi Mommy,

What I know is that my stuff was submitted on 7/27. Each update that I have gotten (through 8/28), is that MHA request met the BofA qualifications and that it should be completed by late September.

I spoke to a advocate Supervisor at the end of August. He did some research and called me back, confirming that the mod request looks fine and meets the criteria, and that he did not see any reason there should be a problem. I believe him over the person I spoke to today...

Keeping my fingers crossed. Sahm and I are in a race to the finish!

I hope it all works out for you guys. I called FedEx yesterday seeing if we had a package on the way to our house. They said that we had something that should be here by the 11th being sent from Independence, KY. DH ordered a baseball jersey, so that might be it, although he thinks that would come from USPS. UGH!!

We'll, I really hope something happens for both of us! I submitted mine on 7/23. My account still says....active processing. I did get Neil's # yesterday and emailed as well as called & no one responded back. It's funny because that is what Suzanne is supposed to be there for but she as well did not respond to my 2 emails a few days ago. I as well called FedEx and no packages coming our way. I just want Neil to tell me we are approved & what our new amount will be. I honestly don't care how long the package takes. We did not make our August payment and due to tons of bills piling up (that we want to get ahead and pay off!) we will as well not be making this month's payment. It's a real shame!

Well glad to hear it's not just me! I left him a 2nd voicemail this afternoon at 1 pm and just called again & did not leave a message. *frustrated*

just called again & no answer just voicemail. I will be calling Suzanne on Wednesday (when my two weeks is up) & demanding an answer.
