It's now 9/8/2009 and they still have not withdrawn the funds from my account yet. I email my negotiator to ask wht is going on. Has this happened to anyone else? |

If so, I got one of those last year, and you didn't have to pay anything for about 6 months. Finally started getting statements from a company called Dyck ONeal and have made 2 payments so far. |

I made the payment on time, and have a confirmation number.... I'm confused! |

I can't really say when the payments have cleared, because I have made both of my payments with money orders so far, but the payments have been reflected on the statements I have been getting. I'd just watch for next months statement to make sure you got credit for the payment. |

She said payment was reflected in my account, but the money still has not been withdrawn from the bank. I do have a confirmation number as well. So I just get a cashiers check and mail it to the address given on the Homesaver Advance Forbearance paperwork? Who is this Dyck ONeal company, you didn't have to pay anything for 6 months? I go the offer in July and My 1st payment was due on September 1st. |
