Is CW website down?

I've been trying to log on to countrywide.com to check my account status (force of habit) to see if anything new has changed. I keep getting a network time out error. Anyone else able to log on? Maybe this means they are updating the system (or canceling a bunch of mods erroneously like they did last week!).

Maybe it's just my account, I keep getting the network timeout message. I've always been able to pull it up so maybe mine is just getting updated (perhaps they are finally scanning in my documents...who knows!). I'll just keep checking periodically.

I am having the same issue! I am unable to even get to the password input page. I hope it does mean something good I need good news right about now...

No change on my account either!

Suzanne's super told me a week ago that we were locked into the mod program so we were pretty much just waiting for word from negotiator. So, he said if we have not heard anything in two weeks to call Suzanne back so account update & to see what's going on....That was on 9/2....So, I will be calling in on 9/16 if no word.
