? about MHA program and others

I'm confused about the different programs.
Is MHA for loans held by investors or fannie freddie backed? TY

The MHA program has a lot of investors and banks participating now. It's hard to get the MHA because there is a limited amount of people they can help. They are trying to help the most desperate first and they are way behind. The bank has other options for those not so desperate they are calling in-house mods.

Thanks Garry.
I was getting confused because I am on the MHA trial and was told that my loan is not a F&F loan. And then read that it is is only for F&F loans.

The MHA refinance program is for Fannie and Freddie only, the mod is open to any investor/lender.
