No actions, just use 98% of my income on all bills some late. at times then pay late fee's etc...but not to the point of actions, takes up to 120 days to get a settlement with NACA..So we hear..With Citimortgage, and its an FHA loan, they are the worst of the worst to get any changes made, but I am suppose to get a praposal from NACA, so they say, was suppose to get a call last week, so they told me...But nothing yet...Just wait and wait and wait..

Ummmmmmmmm Countrywide got my IP back in March....thats how they found out we were posting on here and fired my wife...weird.

That's messed up! What was there reason for firing her (if you don't mind my asking)? Was it because you were posting on here?! And how did they get your IP address in the first place??? What reason or grounds would they have to find out your IP address and then check that you were posting here?! That's is just un-f'in-believable that they did that!!! I'm no lawyer, but I'd be going to one and asking if they had any business doing that!

I think it is great that Moe fixed the issue but I would like to know how it happened in the first place...was it a hack or was it a mistake on the pat of web master that allowed it? I myself am concerned about our posts used against us in some manner. It is a risk we all take but I am hoping that the web master goes to great lengths to protect our privacy and anonimity (sp?)

I'd noticed from the very moment that I joined LoanSafe that the IP addresses were showing. I always thought it was security issue, but naively I didn't think that it could affect anyone directly. I thought about raising this concern several months back, but then just plain forgot about it.

Ama125 Yes my husband posted, and every so often I would post to see if I could answer questions or give ANY insight...( I couldn't give much even though I worked there) but they obviously moniter this site. I think if they see certain KEY words like WORK THERE...they look it up. I don't know how....In March our IP's were not showing. I'm still thinking about getting a lawyer.

Also I know for a fact that countrywide monitors this site, as the OOP always used to ask me how someone would go about looking for loansafe and if employees post there.

Did they site the postings as the reason for letting you go or was it just a "coincidence" and gave you some BS reason? I don't want to pry into your private matters so you don't need to go into details, but I personally would be p!ssed off about it. It also ticks me off that they monitor the site. Shouldn't they be focusing on doing loan mods, not what people are saying about them?! If they were doing their jobs correctly, we'd have no reason to complain, now would we?!

They actually gave no concrete reason...I was #1 on my team...never late, never called in...I think they were leaning to "violating company policy" although I or my husband never gave away anything proprietary...I complained about things and what I "didn't" know...and tried to help...as we are in the same boat as everybody here.
