Looks like BoA lied again and back to their games

Call today from BoA. Same guy that always calls. He always calls late Friday when my agent who is handling this for me can't be reached.
All updated docs sent 3 weeks ago. That makes twice updated were sent.
He tells me today that they don't have my hardship letter - 3rd or 4th time. They have received it every time, have proof.
Also wants letter from me about homeowners association fees. ?. $50 (voluntary).
They have received my 3rd payment on MHA that is due next week. have proof.
Last week, I think it was, They verified that I lived here.
At same time was told that I have an "very good" mod and would be getting a fed ex after 3rd payment.
Today looks like their games are starting again.
From previous games it looks like they are purposely stalling and will ask for more updated docs after another month or so.
I see a game here.
Stall stall stall.
They have received my last payment on the MHA. Have proof.
They will not receive any further payments.
I do believe that I have been scammed out of three payments and they do not have any intention on doing a mod even though I was told I had it.
Market conditions here are getting worse by the week.
They will lose at least 100K on my home as of today.
I will fight it until they lose the most possible.

I read an article that BoA has only offered mods to 4% of eligible people.

I hope they give the Judges the power to do these mods AND drop the negative equity, this crap is ridiculous. What the HELL was the GOV thinking.

The failure of HR1106 by the Senate was a clear indication to me that the Senate is the banking industry.

This is exactly the game they are playing with me too. Picking apart my documents with a fine tooth comb. I have made 2 trial payments already, the third is due Oct. 1. I had considered making it early, but I think I will wait and see if my documents get straightened out first now.

Re: Looks like BoA lied again and back to their games

I have made my 3rd and final payment on the MHA. It is due in about a week but I sent it early.
I will have to wait until after the holiday now to be able to tell my agent about this latest crap.
He has worked Very hard on this for me and I know he will give em ___ on Tuesday.
I started looking at homes in my sub 2 weeks ago. I can buy a bigger nice home for 98k-110k. Mine would sell for maybe 95k now. If lucky but not likely. If the games continue, I have made arrangements to buy another with a friends help and I will let BoA eat over 100k. If they stall or play, the keys will be in the mail.

Well at least you have a plan....and have options. The more I read the more it makes me ill, all I have to say is KARMA IS A B---- and I would like to beleive it will eventually catch up to all those banker high rollers. Good Luck and keep us posted.

Re: Looks like BoA lied again and back to their games

Unemployment went up again in August, it's now at a 26 year high. Things are going to start getting interesting soon. They're already saying the commercial property foreclosures are on the rise. Nobodys house is going to be worth a nickle if they don't start doing more to help people. In the banks defense, I do think they are trying harder.

Re: Looks like BoA lied again and back to their games

No, my papers show no lump sum due. My agent told me that all the late payments will be rolled into the loan balance.
I don't have my papers here but do you know what the papers say about how long after the 3rd payment how many days they have to decide?
My agent swears that they do not want my home. I believe in him. I am in an area where only a few of hundreds if not thousands of foreclossures are selling. No others either. These games make me wonder what they are up to.

Re: Looks like BoA lied again and back to their games

MommyBook,

We bought annual passes when we had money and got the hotel on Priceline for more than 1/2 off. We have to do something to keep our sanity. We pretty much had to quit taking real vacations when we bought our house 3 1/2 yrs ago just to make the payment.
What is the Orange Street Fair? I think we are staying close to Orange St. (Doubletree in Orange)
thanks

They are supposed to start drafting up a final permanent mod once the second payment has been received. There is a waiver posted on the administrative site for servicers to extend the trial by another month (to give the borrower time to submit any missing or outdated documents). Any bank statements, pay stubs, home value, etc cannot be more than 90 days old. So, while this waiver is under the guise of giving the borrower more time, I believe it is just another stall tactic because the banks have failed to draft up the proper paperwork in a timely manner. My advise to anyone who is in the trial period, is to gather up your latest financial documents and fax them over to BofA ASAP. Confirm that they have been received since the one thing they do so well is lose people's faxes. Here is a link to the waiver I mentioned: https://www.hmpadmin.com/portal/docs...iver082609.pdf
Here is another document regarding the trial period: https://www.hmpadmin.com/portal/docs...cer/sd0903.pdf
