Of course, their language states: "The Administration expects to issue reports detailing the progress of modifications under the HAMP program each month. This report will be updated to include additional metrics and results as the program progresses and more data becomes available". The key word is "expects" and no certain day but a reasonable person would assume that the day would fall on the same day as the 8-4-09 report -- but "reasonable" with the Feds and the banks is a stretch. Many homeowners are being offered the trial period but very few have recieved a permanent modification once the period is over...

Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Re: HAMP Progress Report Due Today 9-4 I believe the servicers have until the end of the fourth business day to submit their data via the HAMP Data Collector tool on the servicer website (hmpadmin.com) so we will not likely see any report today. Then, consider how long it may take the Treasury to compile all the data to put into that progress report. We'll see something this month, just not sure when that will be. |
