I submitted my docs for a modification and just my account today this is what they have online. They have not uploaded my doc yet to the site. | ||||

I checked my account today and they have posted this online. The paystuff , bank statments and all other document don't showup online expect this.

It looks like they have recieved you paperwork and are beginning to review your information. Do not listen to the "don't call back before this date" because it has proven that the lender often will drop the ball on your case. Call in every few days to make sure they have all the info they need and the process is coming along. Also do not call customer service because they more times then not, have no idea what they are talking about. Try the loss mitigation dept: Bank of America(800) 846-2222
