Account Changes after they cancel mod

So, I was apparently 'ruffling feathers' as they say. And now look what I got to happen? My account status to change. Oh but they wouldn't admit it was because I was being a pain & calling in NON STOP! Anyway, here is what my account looks like now:

This was my previous status and then my mod was canceled due to an
error.

I heard they had some 'MISHAP' where they canceled a whole bunch of applications this week. You were just in the application phase, right?

You may recognize me as the gal lurking with the ACTUAL CW MOD they WILL NOT HONOR. Now more people are finding me on my other locations such as MearsureUp.com.

It is interesting to hear the variations and new excuses they have for canceling actual CONTRACTS. The SCOUNDRELS!

My original one said not to call before 9/3 & I probably called 20-30 times! LOL I will be calling 2 weeks from yesterday.

One person suggested I was a CW plant because I offered advice he did not agree with.

If you do not know my 'story', you have not read many of the CW threads. I hit some others too.

If you don't mind being disgusted, you can look up my problems since CW canceled my mod without telling me. Sold the note as 'icing on the cake' or to try to put more barriers in place.

Apparently they have the verbal applications that were used for the CW CA AG mod application process all wired to fail a final income verification. They only ask for bank statements for some cases. I was never even told that mine was EVER canceled. They just transferred the note without implementing the mod. All sorts of reasons are now being given to other VICTIMS. We do not get told that they are not allowing the mod. Some have made 6 months of payments and then find CW wants at least $10K and the payments to go back to the original level. Oh, and they have reported the payments as partial or not made, messing up credit scores.

There are more than a few charges entwind in that paragraph, some are state level, some are FEDERAL.

Yep, I can do b!itchy now!

Who or what number do you call? I've called David L before and he was great, but now I have a negotiator assigned - John Gilmore, but I have no idea how to contact him. The extension they gave me does not seem to work. Because I am with NACA, no one seems to be able to tell me anything.

I'm not with NACA but I've heard good things about David on the board. I would just call him and ask if he wants you to call him regarding things or see if he has a contact number for your negotiator.
