After Modification How long till Account is Completely Updated?

Does it really take 30-60 days for the online account to show all the updated information on the mod?

Does it really take 30-60 days for the online account to show all the updated information on the mod?

I'm pretty sure its different from case to case. I have seen modifications take about a week to upload and others about 60 days. It seems though lately its taking much longer than in the past...

It took my last mod 90 days to get updated. Way to long!

Mine was modified as of 8/27 but first payment is not due until Oct 1. BOA does not show the updated payment information, but within a couple of days it said that it was approved and completed.

I made my first modification payment early and the account fully updated after they received the first payment.

modification approved but i'm confused?
checked our workout status today says we are approved as of 9/1/2009 but, before final completion of the workout the docs need to be signed, notarized, and returned to them in 10 days, including any required upfront funds. UPFRONT FUNDS? I don't get it?

I smell a non-HAMP (in-house) mod on the table. Did you request to be reviewed for HAMP? Under HAMP, there are no up front fees.

You will have to check with naca or bofa to see if this was a proposal from naca or is this something bofa came up with it on their own. I can't imagine naca submitting a proposal that would require upfront funds. Good luck and hope you find out the details soon!

I'm just guessing, I think the wording they use in this paragraph is uniform, in other words, in your case it's possible it is not required of you to pay upfront funds. With that said, you really have to call BOA to get a clarification.

They had to figure out how to do it (it was either the first time or so long since the last one that they forgot how).

Mine said the same exact thing when BOA gave me a mod on their own. I too had applied thru NACA but nothing came thru as of yet. My BOA mod that I ended up signing did NOT require up-front funds, but I think the standard message that updates puts that in there just in there for the people who's mods DO require up-front funds.

Wow, I confused my own self with that one
