Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | What happens next? Hello I have my stubs all ready to send with a hardship letter to BofA for the MHA. What happens next? What should I expect next. A little background info is that my husband just recently had an hours reduction and my hours always reduce during the school years when my kids are in school so we are just now low enough on income to qualify (or so I was told). Reading all these messages really makes me scared cause here I thought everything would be done since we "prequalify" but I guess there is a lot that can go wrong. We are barely current on our mortgage. Any advice or info is appreciated. |

Contact the loss mitigation dept and let them know you are submitting for a modification and what number to fax the information to. They will most likely tell you to wait a couple days for the documents to be recieved. I would suggest to follow up everyday until confirmed everything is recieved and the ball is rolling...
