We emailed Barbara Doeser last week about getting a loan mod and missed a subsequent call from customer advocate Cesar Ramos (left no message - not even sure he called).

A week later, we got a letter from him requesting evidence of income, bank statements etc. and asked us to fax them by the end of the following week. Great news!

My wife and I then spent a great deal of time putting together a proposal with color graphs and pictures that looks amazing and we would very much prefer to mail it rather than fax.

Problem is, I don't have his mailing address and I can't get the guy on the phone or to call us back for the life of us and we need to fed ex this out tomorrow! We've left about 1-2 messages a day for three days and nothing.

If I can't get his address by tomorrow I will fax it of course, but I would really prefer to mail it, or at the very least both. I emailed Barbara again today letting her know about this so we'll see if that does anything but I'm not holding out hope.

Does anyone have his address or know where I might mail it by chance?

Or should we just mail it to Barbara if someone has her address? This is Caesar's info on the letter:

They have many different branches/locations. The one I listed is what was on the bottom of my negotiator's email who is in the office of the chairman (and this address is also on the cw address sticky thread).

Thanks ama125..so NC is her former address. I need to update my record. I was trying to get the accurate and most current address, both addresses were posted on this forum.

Looks like the email to Barbara worked - guess who called today albeit too late. We had already sent out the package. He said there would have been a more direct address to send to him but he should still get it fine and will be assigning us a senior negotiator and do everything he can to help us. We will see but I know I sent them my very best and will hope for the same. Cheers.
