Anyone worked w/ BoA negotiator janine carillo

I called BoA and they told me I've been assigned to Janine Carillo. They wouldn't give me her contact info, but said they'd leave a message. She was suppose to call me back by now.

If you have worked with her, then can you please forward her phone number and extension.

Also-I went online to check out my account and the paperwork I submitted has been uploaded....so it's good to know that progress has been made.

I would suggest if you do not recieve a phone call soon to go ahead and call back and ask for her extension. If she is assigned to your case I dont see why they wouldn't give you her contact info..
