How aacurate is the BofA on-line workout real time update?

Yesterday I check my account on-line and it said my account is under review... blah! blah! BofA rec'd my trial mod packet today as it was delivered today. Now I log into my account and it reads...

How reliable are your politicians? Do you believe everything they say? Same thing for BOA.......
Call the advocacy dept and check on your mod, they did a mass canceling by mistake which probably changed other accounts as well.

I just sopke with Melissa Henderson. She told me she had just moved my case from her desk and I was good to go. She told me to check the site in a week but all in all not to worry once the paperwork has been received. I don't trust this answer only to comfort me. I will stay on top of it. She said the negogiators only pre-qualify for the mod and another dept will do the actual review for perm. mod. I won't rely on the online account info as I was offered the trial and will make the payments as I agreed.

When I checked tonight, I noticed the same thing happened to my online account,
It says,
" Our records indicate there is no workout information associated with this account. To inquire about another account, please use the drop down menu above for a list of available accounts. For general information about programs offered, please visit our Financial Hardship Assistance page."

Has anyone received anything from BofA after this happened to your account?
I'm just wondering what is going on with my account.
I was submitted Aug. 7 through NACA, and I haven't gotten anything so far.

This is happening to my account as well, until yesterday, my online account reflected the initial docs I sent when I applied for modification. Today, I just checked, it says there is no workout program associated with this account!!!

Please let me know if your accounts were adjusted properly after this situation?

I called BOA to check with them, I was told that the workout is fine and nothing to worry about. I'm about to make my second trial payment, he also added that I should keep making my payments even after the trial ends because it takes at least 60 days after the 3rd payment to review the modification and send the final modification agreement.

According to him, they do not review the modification until the 3rd/final trial payment is made??!!!

Is that true?

I'm about to make my 2nd trial payment. Until Saturday, there was info on the workout on my account, then boom it disappeared!!!!

I'm just worried. Please let me know when this happened, how long did it take for the info to reappear again or be updated! TIA

This is exactly what happen to me. When I called I was told that the online workout status was just to track what was rec'd in efforts of qualifying for the MHA. As soon as the packet is returned the negogiator clears their queue and I was told this is why this has happened. Do you remember where your packet was sent? If so, you will need to call BofA and get the phone number to that location they will be able to assist you further. My package was sent to Broomfield , Co. I rec'd a letter from the negogiator to direct questions to the number in the letter. When I called they did not have any infor in the computer. I called a second time and was asked where was my workout info sent because the number I called was in TX. I called BofA and rec'd the correct number and spoke with JT who shared with me all of the information they rec'd in my packet.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this so called real time workout account activity accurate?

mojamz, mine was also sent to Colorado, they received my trial package and the docs on August 20th, they never updated the account to reflect the docs they received in August, however, the docs I sent when I applied for the modification were listed until this Saturday. Now I keep getting that there is no workout program associated with this account!!!!

Did the workout info reappear again on your online account? And how long did it take?

It has been 9 days, the info didn't reappear!! It still says there is no modification program associated with this account!! I will be making my 2nd trial payment tomorrow!

Did anyone else have the same problem for that long?

Try not to worry about the on-line account Hope, I was told these mods are being handled by a different department now and to rely on calling only. Mine has never been correct and at one point even said denied, I'm still on my mod and everything is fine.
