Bank of America won't deal with me because of Naca

So i was on my way i thought finishing things up with oop when naca submitted to bank of america so Jessica told me today that i would be better off dealing with naca she really didn't give me an option she said it would be in my best interest to use naca did anyone ever have this happen i am stressed today some man came here and gave my 12 year old son a later about our foreclosure he doesn't even know whats going on I can't take this anymore i'm ready to explode on everyone. We have five children that really need me to be calm and lately i feel like i could just flip on everyone.

The best thing to do with your children is plan a sit down and talk with them about your situation. You have to be open and with them and yourself. Writing here on the forum will help you also. This is not your fault and just keep being active at solving this.

The OOP at Bank of America is getting inundated with people calling from the forum and they are directing people to NACA or their loss mitigation. It's OK, NACA is good and now you know, if it gets down to the finals weeks, you can call the office of they pres and make something happen.

Try to no let this consume you. Make your plan, work it daily and fill your day with your normal life activities.

Keep the faith and stay strong. You can do this!

I know how you feel. I'm sick to my stomach right now. I can't even work. I feel all tight in the middle of my stomach. Today really got to me. We just need to TRY to calm down and BREATHE and exercise to get rid of some of this stress.

We are all here for each other. Go ahead and vent if you have to. I know it does help me a little.

Thank you this forum does help alot but i thought i was getting somewhere with oop i had been dealing with them since july everything was going slower but i was okay with that in mean time i finished up with naca i was suppose to get a definitive anwer from oop buy tomorrow naca was my back up plan because i had been denied three times since january. But low and behold naca submitted to bank of america before i got my answer from oop so today she told me she can't deal with me anymore i know i here good things about naca but lately i have been hearing alot of negative so it has me so upset. I am going to have to sit my kids down at my two older ones 12,13 no need to tell my 5,2,1 year old. But it makes me so upset because i told like to bother them with this stuff. But i have no choice now i gues..I'm just confused because friday my nego from oop seemed hopeful to be able to give me good info this week and she new i had been submitted with oop. How often should i call naca because already they forgot to submit something on friday i called today just because and i'm so glad because it was never submitted. Lord knows I am thankful for all the support on here but its a shame that it has to be so draining. Okay sorry had to let this out here so i can be smily for my fam

I know how you feel, Honey. Trust me. I feel the same. It's really sad that our poor children are the ones who are really going to suffer. If it was me alone with just my husband, I wouldn't care. I'm doing all this for my kids. I have an almost 15 year old and 12 year old. I worked hard for years and years to get our own place. This is only a townhouse, but I wanted something for my kids to call home. To be able to paint and decorate their rooms as they pleased. This is our first house, and wasn't bought too long ago. My husband lost his job a few months after we moved in. I don't know why I'm letting BofA get to me, but I think it's more the principal than what I'm really feeling. To be honest, I really am not bothered whether I get a MOD or not, I just don't think these banks should get away so easily. And of course, I want my kids to have their own house, but is it really worth it? Not really. I can rent a beautiful HUGE house with a pool and back yard and no HOA fees for less than what a MOD would get me! But I will not let Bank of America get away so easy. Screw them. They screwed over so many innocent, hard working people. I can honestly see how anyone would want to screw up their home they got foreclosed on. Not that that's right, but I can see how and WHY they did it. I can't blame them. I won't do it, but again, I won't leave my expensive fixtures either.

I feel the same way and i will take everything and i don't care we worked so hard our first home two we worked day and night to fix this house i built the deck with my husband through my pregnancy and there is no way i'm giving this house to the bank. I did talk to my kids a little not to be nervous were going to get things together just a little stress right now. I am very confused because i almost had an answer from oop and then naca submitted and my nego through oop told me i would be better off working with naca but to be honest from the stories on here i don't know if i'm better off. I really want this loan mod i think it would help my family. My husband took a big pay cut. I think i will have a party if we get one. I'm already having difficulties with naca not submitting his pay stubs. Good luck

keep on hammering on naca.. the people I have talked too seem very nice. I had to fax and fax because they could not read some of the pages(for some reason didnt want me to upload the docs). I wish you could stick with the same person and e-mail them back... but again... its free help... cant go wrong there

They already told me they couldnt read some of the docs and I have called them three times to get them to submit most reasant bank stubs I know they have alot on there plates too
