Anyone with a MHA Trail Mod please answer my question - Loan Modification Forum

A little confused, I received a trail mod packet and the trail mod says to make the modified payment Oct 1. The packet was returned. Although a trail mod was offered, is the trail mod contingent upon a signature from the bank or do I just start making the modified payments?
