Negotiator named Teresa Yeakey

So finally a week after emailing Barabar Doeser I received call from BofA Customer relations that I have been assigned a negotiator by the name Teresa Yeakey but I have not received a call yet. Has anyone worked with her before? What should I expect from hereon? They say they are currently taking 3 weeks or more to respond with any workout. Is this realistic? Since this sounds too good to be true.

If you do not recieve a phone call from her soon, call in and ask to be forwarded to her extension. From this point the process is just beginning and be prepared to follow up with your negoitator at least once a week so nothing slips through the cracks. As far as 3 weeks to get an answer I do not believe is true. The process can easily take 1-4 months to be complete...

Re: Negotiator named Teresa Yeakey

I am working with Teresa. I have a special 3 month reduced payment forebarance and my loan is currently under an internal audit for modification. She has been pretty good so far. She is a little defensive of the company if you bring up things you learned from this site but I have followd up with her every week or two and she has, from what I believe, given me all the information she had at the time. I last spoke with her last Wed. and she told me shw would be on vacation for a few days. I believe she will be back in the office either Tues. or Wed. One thing I can say is she has always called within the time frame given to me so give it a few more days since she is out of the office.

Do you mind me asking how that special forbearance works?

Re: Negotiator named Teresa Yeakey

It is just a reduced payment or 3 months. I was current on my mortgage but facing difficulties but they we not up to speed yet for current MHA's so they gave me a 3 month period with a payment close to 31% of my income (similar to what MHA would be) with the hope and intention of making progress on the modification before the 3 month period ended

Hi, I was put with Shawna Jackson from Loss Mitigation after I emailed Barbara D. Is Teresa with Loss Mitigation? I would think I should be with someone from a modification department. I am not currently late with payments, but will need to get a forbearance payment soon. I don't think they put me with the right department again. It has been a long 10 months trying to get through to them.

Thanks for the reply. Now I can have a sign of relief to know that my case would be in good hands. I faxed my documents today and expect to have a call from Teresa sometime this week. I have been denied mod under MHA by home retention team. Can anyone give me advise on my situation?

Evan,
Is it possible to talk to you over the phone to get some advise on my situation to achieve success in modification with BofA?

Hi Visalia,
I have been trying to get hold of Teresa Yeakey through emails and voicemails this entire week but to no avail. Has she returned from vacation? Have you heard back from her since then?

Re: Negotiator named Teresa Yeakey

I had Teresa Yeakey as my negotiator. I have been trying for the past two weeks to get a hold of her. Today I tried the indirect route and was told that the file has been transfered to Jolene Clark. Does anyone else have Jolene Clark and/of has anyone talked with Teresa Yeakey?

Re: Negotiator named Teresa Yeakey

I haf been speaking with Teresa once every 2 weeks. Then she went on vacation for a week and somthing seemed to have happened. I called last week for my normal 2 week update and she was still out of the office. I spoke with Teresa Cuha who assigned me Teresa Yeakey as voiced my concern. This week she still has been out of the office so Teresa Cuha reassigned my negotiator. It appears it my be a personal problem that is keeping Teresa Yeakay out of the office so you might want to follow up with your contact in the OOP.

Hi DBSWQ,
We received verbal offer from Jolene Clark but it's been over 2 weeks and we still have not received the documents by Fedex. Jolene is not replying after repeated voicemails? Are you working with her too?

Yes I talked with her on Monday and she is going back to Wells Fargo to try and get a better offer. I played phone tag with her for a few days. She seems very nice.

Who is your investor?
