Cesaer Ramos called me on monday, after that i can't reach him at all,
if there anybody know his e-mail?
should I resend e-mail to his boss?

got NOD last month, no time for ust keep waiting.

I was assigned to Jeff Momo after my email to the OOP. Caesar is Jeff's boss. I saw Caesar's email is in the thread of the BAC contacts.

Moe, attached is a Word document table sorted by last name with all contact info I found on this thread for BofA. It has names, titles, phone and fax numbers, email addresses, and mailing address info. Any chance of making this a sticky note and place on appropriate thread? Maybe a new thread for (Contact info for Servicers, etc.) Have it in one place? Or however you think best. Everyone could add their own info if they want or contact me on the thread for contacts and I'll add the info and resort..whatever works. I'm going to do this for other servicers as well....If I am duplicating this effort, please advise!!!! ;-)

talked to Irene Tapia who was going to contact Caesar regarding my file. Caesar was out Friday, should be in Monday. I would try calling him first thing Monday.

So, it is probably Crystal Matthews. I don't see her number posted, but you could reply on that thread I linked to and ask for it or call (800) 405-0078 and see if you can get her that way. You can also try emailing crystal.matthews@bankofamerica.com and see if it goes through. Good luck!

I couldn't reach my advocate person from CEO office either. I emailed, I called, I faxed --> no response! What is going on????

After emailing OOP office, I received a call from David Brown. He said someone else would be calling me. That other someone was Ryan Jimenez. He's not a negotiator either, but a customer advocate.

Same thing happened to me. I e-mailed then got a call from a David Brown the very next day. He told me that my request for loan mod was still in the works and that I should continue making my trial payment. He told me that it takes 30 to 45 days from initial request and that I was still in that period. He said he would check up on my account every week and give me a call with status. At this point, I have made two trial payments but haven't received any documents from BOA.

After I sent via e-mail, fax and fedex my documentation, about a week ago I received a call from Heidi McNaughton, Customer Advocate. Very nice and pleasant person. She is not a negotiator but she asign cases. The problem is that so far my case has not been assigned....heidi.mcnaughton@bankofamerica.com (1.800.669.2443 ext. 3392), Customer Advocate (Simi Valley). How long does that take? And does everyone get to have a proper name of a negotiator?

Heidi helped me getting an "extra" payment that my other "me" apparently did this month get reversed. When she called me again to follow up the outcome with the "automatic extra payment" that I could not explain, she asked if I had received a call from anyone to talk about my HAMP request. Someone was to follow up with me. I said No. She apologized, made a 3 way call and transferred me to another department.. and then I was back to square one.

Heidi said that I needed to talk to 1.866.2413, "Modification Department", but this Carmen was from "Home Retention Department", ext. 7964. Are these two departments the same? Could anyone please confirm?

Last week Ms. McNaughton promised to get back to me soon with the name of my negotiator, but the responses given by the last representative I spoke to, Carmen, were very muddy and confused me even more. I was totally brushed off. Is my file doomed or does anyone know if all this is normal? I just have this feeling that my paperwork has been sent to the last level.

After emailing Barbara Desoer, Ryan Jimenez called. He stated he needed a financial statement from me, before he could decide if he could help us qualify for anything (mind you, I've already sent information 3 times already in the last 10 months). We were given a temporary payment plan in July - which we have already done for thee months, but is now determined by BOA that we don't qualify for the Hope pkg. He told me to email them to him and that his email is: ryan.jimenez@bankofamerica.com. I send him an email on Tuesday and today I was emailed from my internet provider that the email was delayed. Called him, but he didn't answer his phone. Hopefully he'll call back. Does anyone have another email address for him? Anyone work with him? How long does it take to get assigned a negotiator?

I'm still working with Countrywide on my mod (they previously offered me one but it didn't pan out) and re-assigned to Theresa Chula, Office of the Chairman, who say's I was sent to the Origination Dept? Her direct phone is 805-577-3580. Does anyone have her email address? I don't know if I have her last name correct but her name is Theresa Chula (sounds like Chula on voicemail) and I have been playing phone tag with her.

Any help would be appreciated.

Her name is spelled Kristie McGowen. I don't know if her email includes a middle initial.
