Naca report cards ?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The government now requires all contracted servicers / banks who receive tax payers money, to provide IN DEPTH REPORT CARDS, regarding exactly how good or bad their performance is when it comes to helping borrowers modify, restructure or refi their home loans

I believe NACA should also provide the same in depth report cards, on their performances of helping borrowers in these current times, as they also receive tax payer money to stay in business.

I truly want to believe in NACA and Bruce Marks.

Mr. Marks, make us all believers !

Show us the same exact in depth report cards, or better, which are now required from the banking servicers...

All other HUD approved and tax payer supported home saving agencies should also be required to show performance report cards..

Otherwise, what the heck are we paying them for !! ??

Maybe just to perform in media circus events

Re: Naca report cards ?

Hi thanks2u,

Its really up to the lenders as to how good NACAs report card would be.. They do help many homeowners and are a great organization but there are some who the lenders just won't budge for...

NACA won't help me--------, despite the fact that I have been on the Deed since Day 1 and I have the homestead and I pay the mortgage.

Evan

Only partially up to the banks I believe ,as in about 5 % up to the banks.

95 % of the NACA report card, since NACA has contracts with the banks, would actually be up to NACA performance 95 % of the time.

NACA is the ( RESPONSIBLE NEGOTIATING PARTY ), payed by our tax dollars mostly, if not WHOLLY and probably under the tabe legally by the banks themselves SADLY and therefore, as in any business venture, the person / party who responsible in doing the Negotiations, is the most important key / 95 % of the key, to unlocking a viable deal / which is a loan mod in this banking business.

The real problem is 3 fold in that # 1

# 1 - There are many LOUSY employees at NACA, as in lazy, uneducated, stupid, slackers -

# 2 - The second problem is that NACA has many loan Modification HATERS, radical right wing conservative rednecks, who purposely sabotage modifications.

# 3 - AND LAST BUT CERTANINLY NOT LEAST.....NACA IS HIRING PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WORK FOR OR WANT TO WORK FOR THE BANKS THEMESELVES and these betraying loan mod helper help no one but themselves and the banks..

One again, NACA should be forced to show the entire country and our paid for government their performance REPORT CARD

Just like all the servicers finally must do, in order to prove they are doing what they are supposed to be doing with our tax dallars

So shoud NACA and all HUD approved home saving agencies be forced to comply with

SHOW ME THE NACA REPORT CARDS !!!!!!!!!!

Otherwise is is all 100 % pure BS
