Maybe it's just me but I never saw this added in there:

Information as of:	07/28/2009
Workout Stage:	Processing
Phase/Sub-Phase:	Active Processing

The part that says 'Information as of:' was just added in there.

Yesterday MommyBook posted about a 90 day hold on your credit report...so, I called into Suzane and just as MommyBook got the credit hold I did too! So, right now we don't have to worry about our credit taking a hit. Besides that nothing on the mod front....Hoping after 9/01 some new news as thats what it states on my online account

Great! I left a message for Neil yesterday regarding a "freeze". Hopefully I will hear back from him today.

Keep us posted!!!!

Today is Week #5 for us.....So Week #8 will be September 17th. I pray and cross all my fingers & toes that we have our mod package by then!!!!

Sahm2two my dates are the same as yours I called the other day and they said it had been handed to uppermanagement and that i would here before 9/01/ and that is what is said on my account but i wanted my BPO amount luckily the lady who they hired sent it to me but now i'm not sure if it was to high. I owe 219000 and they say its worth 265000 average 240000 lower end Did they give you your BPO just wondering since your dates are same as mine

No....I don't even know what a BPO is LOL

I am curious to see if the 9/01 date changes around that time. We shall see!!! Today is week #5 for us....

Heck Yes I'll race you!!!! Hahaha!

We are now in week #5....so more than halfway through. The next step is contacting them on 9/01 if nothing has changed and to see if that date changes on my online account. Hubby said come Week 8 we will be emailing the President AGAIN if no package has come...

BPO is the broker price opinion of your house and believe me its just there opinion because it varies so much. Its getting more and more nerve wracking the closer we get to sept 1

I've been off from posting for a day or two.

Got the 90-day hold. Only "news" I have is that everything is submitted and they're waiting for solicitation for HAMP. Suzanne is a Godsend, but Arely, my negotiator isn't exactly what I call helpful. DH wants me to try and get a new negotiator since he's been reading that a lot of people have had luck with others and he doesn't see that anyone else has Arely. The gal works in LA (El Segundo), maybe I'll just drive over there and ask her how things are going in person. GRR.

We'll see if there's more movement before Tuesday...if there's not, I'm asking for a new negotiator, AND I'm going to bring up the whole "SOMEONE was in my backyard" thing again, because the more and more I read, the more I believe it was the bank. Guilty until proven innocent, IMO.

Do you contact your negotiator still? Suzanne told me not to call him. But, if I had a problem to contact her as she is the person who will send them emails, calls etc. I haven't spoken to Neil (our negotiator) for a month now.

It may have always been there for me...but. I think it just recently appeared for me. It states the info is current as of 7/28 and I started the process 7/23. Hmmm...

I don't call her, I can never get a hold of her. I call Suzanne and she does the little instant messenger thing to her. Suzanne just relays the message.

My advocate is Kacie Miller and she gave me the direct number for my negotiator David Kozik. I've been able to email and call him directly. Haven't spoken with Kacie since the day she called with David's number. I guess they each have their own way of doing things.

I've heard good things about David. I suppose if you have a negotiator that's worth something, then you would talk directly with them. Suzanne (OOP contact) is SO much better than the negotiator so that's why I choose to speak with her. She stays on top of the negotiator.
