Re: Sorry - Couldn't resist

LMAO...my husband emptied out his checking account with them and he forgot about an automated debit. And bring on the overdraft fees!!! Oh yes, I've lost count now on how many $35 fees have been charged. They at one point took what little was left in the savings account to pay it off! B@st@rds! I will NEVER do business with them again!

Re: Sorry - Couldn't resist

I had this happen to me a couple of weeks ago. I had 2 credit card payments overdrawn in my account and didn't make a deposit within 5 business days so they charged me another $35 for extended overdraft fees. I felt like that was total BS so I wrote a letter to Mr. Ken Lewis and explained to him that I made a mistake. I forgot I scheduled the payments and thot I had enough in my account. I tried to get a courtesy credit with a rep but she was acting like I was asking for her money. So I told her, SCREW YOU! Anyways, I sent the letter Monday and got my $105 back on Wednesday.

Re: Sorry - Couldn't resist

Here's one you may get a kick out of. My second bank sent me a certified today escalating foreclosure. I called them and they said we have a date set for Nov. 14 to auction. I knew they where full of crap so we went round and round for about an hour just for the fun of it, then I told them they have a serious problem, my first already had a date set in Oct and the house can only be sold once!
