we have started with NACA and went to their home save event in chicago. most of our income at that time was from unemployment. we were told they could not do a loan mod for us because of that but would see about a forberance?? at the time our daughters car loan was showing in our name. we are thinking of waiting till that pays off in 2 more months as that will drop our monthly expenses. also dh now has a part time job driving school bus and a buddy in his old field is giving him some side work as cash under the table. when we saw the councelor at the time he said that the wanted all income no matter how we got it. dh and i donate plasma and that is paid cash out the door. he told us 'just get a letter' we've done that before. would that work for the cash side job? he does pay dh by check and we have copied those and he is a friend so might do a letter? also they said any income so would they count the pay checks our kids get?
