How do you know when the foreclosure date is? - Loan Modification Forum

We have been denied a modification because the private investor doesn't allow any modifications. We have been notified of foreclosure. Bofa has told us there is not a sale date. Foreclosureradar.com lists a projected sale date of September 16, 2009. Recontrust who we received the notice of default from doesn't list a sell date for our home. We haven't made a payment since December 2008, how much time do you have between a notice of trustee sell and the date to get out of your home?

cali,your gonna get a "notice of trustee sale"20 days before the sale date" in california i got mine today.it took me 120 days from my NOD papers april 13th,then got the NTS today.my auction is sept 3rd im trying to get it postponed while working with naca but if it dont work out.im gonna ask for 2 weeks and cash for keys after the sale. good luck
