I needed your thoughts.

I have a 2nd with Wells Fargo for $87K at 9.75% Payment of $742 for 30 years fixed. We are requesting Wells for a modification, i do not mine paying them but i want to see if they will drop there interest rate... If they do decide to do this will this affect my credit...

Getting a lower interest rate on your 2nd should not affect your credit at all in less you become deliquent on that loan...
