What next?

OK…wondering what my next step should be…here is the short version:
Salary reduced 30%...fell behind in payments…caught up…fell behind again…currently 5 month behind.
Have been on consistent contact with B of A….Every month I would call their reps said they couldn’t do a mod.

As suggested on this forum (thank you) I emailed the presidents office. The next day I got a call from Cindy…very nice girl and very helpful. I sent her the info she requested.

She called be back a few days

later with the name of my negotiator….Marcello Reilly…she said to only have contact with him and if anyone else contacts me for B of A to call her…

It’s been 5 business days and I have not heard for Marcello…do I just wait?

How long does it take to get a negotiator call back?
Is that fact they assigned ne a negotiator at least a good sign?

I would suggest that you follow up with her at least once or twice a week just to see how things are going and to make sure nothing slips through the cracks..

It is a great sign you are already assigned to a negoitator. Good luck and keep us posted!

Re: What next?

I agree with Evan. This is great news and if Marcello drops the ball, you have Cindy has a back stop. I say wait 7 business days and then start the calls.

Exclamation Re: What next?

If I may add my last two cents . I would attempt emailing Marcello.Reilly@bankofamerica.com. I have seen people write that "negotiators" can't answer e-mails, but The woman I am working with did. Just a thought....... good luck to you !
