David Leighton.. What a help !! - Loan Modification Forum

I think David is an angel. I have never spoken to him before today... I took a **** and e-mailed him to ask hima question about the special forebearance being offered to me and what affect (if I accepted it) it would have on my NACA proposal. He explained EVERY LITTLE detail to me... answered ALL my questions and on a SUNDAY! Good thing I was already in the hospital visiting my mom, because I think I almost had a heart attack ! He said if I felt I could afford it by all means go ahead and accept, then he would forward the info to NACA, then to follow up with them next month after my second payment and restart the process and to make sure to upload any new bank statements or Pay stubs to NACA so there would be no delays. I do that anyway. Then we shall see what happens from there....... WHAT a sweetie. And yes of course I told him where I got his name, funny, he didnt seem surprised.

Did you call or email him, and if you could, let me know the number or email for him. I was just going to call BOA on Monday, thinking I wouldn't get to anyone on a Sunday. I did want to talk about the FB package I was offered too.

A-Z i e-mailed him @ David.leighton@bankofamerica.com I only e-mailed him this morning and he got back to me around 2pm! He is WONDERFUL

Oh , he sure is! He is really good and has a very good memory. I am so glad I called him. He gets things moving, and takes his time with you, does not rush. Funny, he asked if I got his info. from this board as well

Those of you who have emailed him....did you have a negotiator and just decided to email David?

I e-mailed him because I received a special forebearance temporary only from my "negotiator" AND was submitted by NACA the same day. Since he deals with NACA , I wanted to make sure if I did the temp forebearance that it didn't cancel me out with NACA. And it doesn't. I like to kmeep my options open. So if you are dealing with NACA also, I would call him if you have a problem.
