BoA lost all my docs ! 48hrs-cancel processing - Loan Modification Forum

I do not believe that this could happen.
Fed Xed MHA and ALL docs first part of July along with trial payment. and faxed updated docs late July as requested. Acknowledged recieving them.
Just sent 2nd payment.
Now HR calls and said they have not recieved ANY Docs. NONE.
Not the fed x or the faxed.
Gave me 48 hrs to resend all new updated docs and hs letter or everything is tossed.
This is a Bank? BoBS.

Did you keep the tracking number for the package you sent back to them?

Have they cashed the check you sent?

Yes I have everything and they did cash the checks.

You need to email the president of BofA (her e-mail is in several posts) and let her know of your situation.

Provide her with the tracking confirmation that your docs were received. Also, if you have access to your checking account online, print out a copy of the front and back of the cashed check and send that to her also.

Today my agent called the dept. who said today I will be cancelled. 1 1/2 hr call.
They finally got things straight. I think. At least 1 rep understands.
Seems that this dept was trying to process a different mod for me NOT knowing that I am on the MHA program from BoA. That is where the confusion came in we think. 2 separate divisions. Boa the good one and Cw the ? one
Rep told my agent to keep my updated docs and continue to pay my MHA payment.
More later i'm sure.

Insane!! You can't rely on anyone anymore. The banks are the worst. If it wasn't so pathetic it would be laughable.

I still would e-mail the office of the President, just to make sure everything is in order. You never know!

What a joke! It would be nice to think once you've passed first base (gotten the loan mod offer), made it to second base (sent in paperwork and payments), you'd have no issues reaching home plate! It just goes to show you have to stay on top of your situation. No one else is going to advocate for you! What a conundrum!
