Barbara' Staff?

Hi, I emailed Barbara and within several hours got a phone call from one of her staff. He tested me and asked if I submitted everything. I told him definitely! he asked me to wait... 5 second later, he responded, "i see.. the negotiator will contact you." I was on the freeway when I had this conversation with him. I couldn't get his number, so I asked him to email me. He sounded happy. I was duped! i never received an email from him and I couldn't remember his name. If I see the name, I'll recognize it. I think he has a latinos name... ugggh. Please post if you know any of her male staff. Thanks.

One name I have seen floating around is Neil Hernandez... could that be him ?

Don't worry, that same thing happened to me I was in the freeway driving , didn't get the person's name and her phone#. However thouhg I'm sure they will call back.. and give you your negotiator's name. You might even be surprised... I went that route too.. and now had my mod approved yesterday... just email desoer's ofc last around a week ago

I know who it is. Phil Fuentes.....They cant e-mail back. This is what he told me. he is good at returning calls though.

I had an e-mail from my "negotiator". ..... I was surprised. Just got some papers from B of A fed ex on a SATURDAY !?! let me go read.... will update..
