All docs and now 2 of the 3 payments have been sent. I recieved 2 courtesy calls from #877-665-6866 telling me that they have everything needed and it has been sent to the decision makers. The man handling this for me has called and told me the same twice and that they have everything just as BoA said. Now for the last 3 weeks a man from 800-669-0102 once a week wanting more docs. The man handling this for me called the department he calls the (877#) and assured him everything was fine. The caller from the 800# told me that it cannot be processed and needs more docs and if not nothing will be done. The man handling this for me told me to ask for his ID number. The caller said he does not have one. My guess is that these departments do not communicate. What do you think is going on? And can anyone tell me the names of these departments and what each does. TY. |

You just need to stay on top of them big time.
