I remember in a previous post you mentioned contacting Freddie Mac...what is their phone number & what kind of info were they able to give you? Thanks!

I think I called (800) 373-3343, then press 4, then press 5. They confirmed that they owned my loan, and that my info was correct. They did not specifically speak to the status of my MHA mod request.
