Conflict of Interest??? - Loan Modification Forum

Found out last night night that BAC employees got emails from NACA for employment. They will be setting up a division....IN THE BAC BUILDING!!! It feels wrong to me...I'm thinking of writing a letter to CEO of NACA to ask WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!!???

Hi pdsfoley,

Thats strange I'm not sure exactly whats going on, but NACA does have a partnership with some of the major lenders including BofA... Maybe they are teaming up to get these modifications pushed through faster...
