I am in desperate need. I received an email from NACA on Tues., stating that "the lender has put sale date on hold", but to follow up with BofA. Recontrust is still showing the sale date as "active" and they told me to contact BofA to get it stopped. I have called David at least 10 times this morning and I'm just getting the voicemail (I did leave a message). I was told by NACA on 7/28 to be expecting some new loan docs to sign within two weeks, which I have not received, either. Home Retention keeps telling me all 50 times I've called, that my file is still being considered for a modification. If that's the case, I don't know why this sale date is still showing active. Anyone know who I can contact? I don't want to make waves, I just want to get this auction date stopped. |

Sorry.... Good Luck, my prayers are with you! |

I called them and was fortunate enough to talk to a nice lady who is trying to help me as we speak. She doesn't understand why Recontrust hasn't been notified because our file states that the sale date was put on hold. I'm praying and keeping my fingers crossed that Recontrust gets this taken care of by tomorrow morning, otherwise my house will be sold because of a mistake. |

I have seen in the past especially with CW now BofA that they would not postpone the sale until the last minute. Many times just a couple days before the sale actually takes place.

The lady who I spoke with in the Advocacy Dept. was nice enough to attempt to call Recontrust, but was told they needed it in writing. So, she emailed someone in the Foreclosure Dept. who is supposed to send notification to Recontrust. I just hope they do it in time... I don't know what else to do or who else to contact if it doesn't get done. I left three voicemails at BofA and one with NACA and none of them have returned my calls. |

You should be ok with the sale being postponed but I would continue to follow up as you are everyday until 100% sale has stopped.. Keep us posted!

I thought my phone had been blocked on their end. I have called like 20 times today and yesterday and it keeps going to VM. I wonder how other people get through. Please share how you nice folks get through to get him to talk to him. |

He is really sweet. The sweetest person I have spoken to since I started this mod journey a year ago. He said he can't really view my file since he is with CW and not originally employed by BoA. He said they have merged but their systems havent merged. I believed him. He however pulled my naca file and could tell me the update on my naca file. Not too much help and he apologized for that. Has he told anyone something like this yet? The other thing is that, I got a call from Barbara's office this PM. She said her name is Denise I think. She said she cannot really help me because I am with NACA. She told me my file had been assigned to a Kim Buttrom at BoA and she is reviewing it. I told her that I am on XANAX and really struggling with the wait. I have been doing this for a year now. Told her all my frustrations and she finally said that she will email negotiator to work on my file. Is it familiar to anyone here. Is it positive news or the same waiting game. She said i should wait and I told her that im not waiting but indeed struggling with the mortgage payment. Just want to give update here and to say i am happy i came here. thank everyone for the contact info. I will keep everyone posted. |

This is NOT the case, as I have found out. Thanks, Cassie...I have been dealing with CW for nearly a year and I don't feel like I am anywhere close to a resolution. It's always one thing after another.... |
