After reading on here your DTI is based on gross income, right? My gross is usually around $1000 a week(even with missing a pay period in July due to no work) so i should of at least grossed 3-3500 for the month of July(without looking at my paystubs...i keep them in the truck and the one i have at home is gross $1083 and that is with $240 that was unpaid accidentally) Our monthly expenses are only $2675.... I could understand being upside down if they were going by NET but not by Gross? I'm going to have to email my negiotiator and ask her what her figures are because that seems to be off if its gross income.... I didn't think to ask and she never told me how much of a difference we were off by.... but i just wanted to post first and make sure it was Gross income? |
