BofA Status..what to do - Loan Modification Forum

Hi everyone, I got this message for about a month like some of you have posted "Your request for assistance is under review. During the review process, a thorough examination and analysis of your loan will be completed. During this time, we may or may not need additional information from you. It is common that you will not hear anything from us during the review period, but please be advised that all collections activities have been temporarily suspended during this review period. We expect more information to be available on 08/05/2009. If your status remains unchanged after the 08/05/2009, please call and speak to a customer service representative. Please do not call back before 08/05/2009 as that will delay the process..."

So I called BofA/CW, and the representative told me that it takes a minimum of 90 days. I tried to explain that I had applied since March... She would just keep silence and asked if I have any other questions. She was really rude... while I was being polite and desperate. I went through ACORN...

What should I do now? Any advice would be very helpful. I don't want them to just cancel my application that some of you posted on here.

Keep calling back until you get someone who will help you...
