Thumbs up Thank you Evan, got call from Barbara's office FAST

Hi Evan,
My 2am email triggered a very prompt call from Khara at Barbara's office. She is having me submit my documents to her personally and she will assign an executive negotiator. I also got to voice my concerns about specific mistakes being made (the erroneous computer codes, for one) that cause unnecessary grief and prolong the process, though I sincerely said that almost all the reps have seemes sincere and tried to help... they just aren't all experienced enough.

I know we still have a long way to go, but I am shocked that we got such quick response. It does give me the impression that they are at least TRYING, and I praised that effort. I bragged up LoanSafe and said I would post the good news about their response.

You and LoanSafe gurus are to be CONGRATULATED for creating such a powerful, grassroots organization that gets that kind of immediate response.

We aren't at the finish line yet by any means, but I feel blessed to be out of the call center!!
Maybe I'll get some sleep tonight??

I emailed at 2am today. I got a call back at 2pm.
Pretty good, if you ask me.
Now let's see how it goes... In your complaint did you have a "call to action," or just a general complaint?

In my complaint i stressed how much i wanted a modifcation, and the opportunity to show that i can afford the new payment. I also let them know that per the guidelines, i should not be required to pay any up front funds. I just left a message for VP of Home Retention whom called me. I left her a message as well adressing my concerns.

I have since also filed a complaint with FTC.
