Does anyone have citibank as investor

My servicer is bank of america but iwas told by rep that my investor is citibank Has anyone had success with citbank investor Thanks all

From my experience I have personally seen loans get modified that had citibank as an investor. Where are you at in process?

I was denied twice by phone, then thanks to this forum i emailed barbara desoer got call back a day later from customer advocay dept and was told that a escalated neg. was to call me back the woman who called told be her name was Jessica and she was in hrd of loss mitigation advocay dpt. My account says active processing don't know what that means but everytime i'm denied they tell me citibank doesn't do MHA They have me stressed!!!!!!!!!

If your case says active processing that usually means that they are processing all your information.

Also even if you do not qualify for the MHA program does NOT mean that you dont qualify for a regular modification which could be just as good...

I hope so i just don't understand why they keep saying that citi investors dont do mods.I think that because i have equity its hurting and my credit is all messed up now so i cant refi and i'm about to adjut nov. I will keep fighting this sight helps alot!
